When we first contacted Dennis with a house we liked he immediately suggested negotiating a lower offer than what was asked for. We thought we would have to offer more because an open house was planned he suggested a 24 hour offer and they accepted it. Saved us money right off the bat, Only got better from there. We didn't choose Dennis. We bought a lot from his client. But, after working with Dennis we would definitely deal with him again. He was professional, efficient and kind.Everything went smoothly and Dennis even gave us a gift (a bottle of wine) with well wishes which was very considerate since we weren't his clients. We had recently (Jan. 30th) dealt with another broker from Re-Max who made $4,500 from us and she didn't give us anything. He is a class act.Great job!

my only complaint was that i felt rushed and stressed toward the end of this deal when it went down at the last minute and I was left to deal with paperwork that had to sent asap. the title company was closed for three days due to a holiday and was not available to help me. My advise when this happens is for realtors to put the brakes on the sale and extend the contract to give a seller the time needed to complete paperwork.interestingly the very same thing happened to the home we are selling in Florida, but the agents took the time to deal with the bank problems and let the buyer work out last minute issues that he had.

Especially if you are a first time home buyer, Michelle Owens of Cressy & Everett-Dowagiac/Sister Lakes/Three Rivers is amazing! I got my dream house, no hiccups. She coordinates so well with all of the parties and is great at building working relationships. She also contacts you back very quickly and keeps you well informed! She is honest and breaks things down simply, which I appreciate. This was a learning process for me, but I felt like she was a great advocate and helped me get what I wanted. I couldn't be happier!Many people have said that buying a home is stressful, but she made it a fairly stress-free process. I appreciate the time she spent getting to know my needs for my new home.
